The Hip Hop Week In Review: Pusha T Calls Lil Wayne's "Goulish" "Trash," Chief Keef Signs To Interscope

Lil Wayne said he had no beef with Pusha T, while Pusha called "Goulish" "trash." Chief Keef inked a deal with Interscope, while S1 explained how Kanye West changed his life.
This week, Lil Wayne and Pusha T separately addressed their beef with one another. Weezy said that he had no problem with Pusha, while the G.O.O.D. Music rapper said that Wayne’s “Goulish” was “trash” and that it didn’t warrant a response. After a few months of speculation, Chief Keef finally inked a deal with Interscope Records, as well as a publishing deal with Dr. Dre, while S1 spoke exclusively with HipHopDX about how Kanye West changed his life and what we can expect to hear from him in the near future.

Lil Wayne Says He Has No Beef With Pusha T, Pusha Calls “Goulish” “Trash”

Just when this beef seemed like it was dying down, Lil Wayne and Pusha T both gave interviews this week where they discussed the ongoing feud. First, Weezy spoke about his feelings on the G.O.O.D. Music rapper, stating that he had no problems with the “Exodus 23:1” spitter. “It really wasn't no beef, you know. It was just me. I just reacted. Just a reaction, a simple reaction,” said Wayne. Meanwhile, Pusha took to the airwaves to speak on the Young Money honcho’s response record “Goulish,” branding it as “trash” and explaining why it doesn’t warrant any acknowledgement on wax. “It was horrible. It was trash. It wasn't good," he said. "Let me say this. I didn't like it for that type of record. I didn't feel like, in all honesty, I haven't said anything about it because I didn't think it was good enough to respond to."
